Formed roughly around two and a half years ago during the last quarter of 2006, Intolerant began when former Skychurch bassist Russell dela Cruz and then-active Skychurch guitarist Joey Dizon (formerly of short-lived hardcore band DNYD) started exploring other musical possibilities by writing songs outside of their crossover thrash-death-hardcore comfort zone in Skychurch.
